If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Use of Our Services
Todemy provides an online learning platform that offers courses, tutorials, and educational content across various subjects. Our Services are designed to help learners acquire new skills, advance their careers, and pursue personal development goals.
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Services:
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Todemy, a Todemy employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services
3. Account Responsibilities
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

- Ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Some of our Services require payment. When you purchase a course or subscription, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect purchases already made.
Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, you will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on course purchases. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
5. Restrictions
You are expressly prohibited from:
- Using our Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Todemy and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
In no event shall Todemy’s total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to Todemy in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
